Valle Vista Health System is a 132-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful community of Greenwood, IN. Valle Vista Health System features individual units for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Responsibilities:

Front office Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering calls, and checking in patients. In addition, the receptionist may assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned by Director of Assessment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment, computer skills and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment, preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Work Location: 898 East Main Street, Greenwood, IN 46143.
