As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Washington, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while helping to deter unauthorized activity and supporting an orderly workplace.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess EMT certification.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
