As a Security Officer Full Time X Ray Image Review in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will use X-ray screening technology to help identify prohibited items, support access control processes, and maintain clear documentation. You will provide professional customer service, communicate with team members, and use computer or tablet systems to support daily operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery partners while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and belongings using assigned screening equipment and established procedures; report prohibited or suspicious items to appropriate site contacts.
• Control access to restricted operational areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to designated locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
