| Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Senior Slate Administrator serves as the University's central functional and technical lead for the Technolutions Slate platform. As Slate continues to expand as an enterprise solution supporting admissions, student success, and retention initiatives, this position provides centralized administration, governance, technical leadership, and operational support to ensure the platform's effective, secure, and sustainable growth.
Working in partnership with campus Slate Captains, Information Technology Services, and functional stakeholders, the Senior Slate Administrator is responsible for enterprise administration, security, integrations, governance, change management, and support of the Slate environment. The position promotes consistent practices, scalable solutions, and institutional ownership of Slate while supporting current implementations and future expansion across the University. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three or more year of experience administering, configuring and supporting Technolutions Slate functionality, including forms, communications, workflows, reporting, user permissions, and data management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Five or more years of experience administering Technolutions Slate in a higher education environment.
- Experience supporting admissions, enrollment management, student success, advising, or other student lifecycle functions.
- Experience with system integrations, data imports and exports, reporting, and Student Information Systems, preferably Ellucian Banner.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, Liquid Markup, or similar technologies used to support CRM and web-based applications.
- Experience supporting or leading CRM governance, change management, or enterprise platform administration initiatives.

Enterprise Systems Support focuses on support for enterprise-level applications including Canvas and Banner along with other mission-critical applications and systems. Application development, reporting and Web services fall within this service portfolio.
Enterprise Systems Support (

- Innovative, stable, cost effective and secure technical support and maintenance of enterprise solutions for the university.
- Day to day support for production applications and systems.
- Timely implementation of upgrades and releases.
- Development and analysis to support the operational requirements and mandates for production applications and systems.
