Are you a customer experience champion with a knack for operational efficiency? We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to step into a high-impact operational support role, acting as a crucial liaison between customers and sales teams. This is a pivotal, non-quota-carrying position focused on delivering exceptional service and streamlining processes, directly contributing to customer success and seamless business operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring every customer interaction is positive and every operational workflow is optimized, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and satisfaction of both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer support and warranty requests, including intake, coordination, documentation, routing, and timely generation of service tickets. You will own follow-up through resolution and proactively escalate stalled or high-risk cases, providing clear summaries of issues, actions taken, and next steps.
• Triage and route smaller opportunities for commercial products to the appropriate fulfillment channels, ensuring seamless handoffs and tracking exceptions and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers for all cases, warranty requests, service tickets, escalations, and referrals. You will generate insightful reports on volume, status, aging, resolution, and escalation themes, while also documenting repeatable workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong case-management and customer service skills, coupled with exceptional organization, follow-through, and clear communication abilities when interacting with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interpret operational data and build actionable reporting; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, CRM/case-management tools, and collaboration platforms.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, account coordination, or program operations (or equivalent).
• Experience with commercial devices, warranty processes, SMB customers, or channel sales.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
