Position Title: Care Manager (RN)

Work Location: Remote-FL

Assignment Duration: 3 months -potential to extend/convert

Work Arrangement: Remote

Daily schedule (OT requirements)

No overtime. 40 hours per week 8A-5P

Responsibilities:

This role is a telephonic case management position and requires very little face-to-face contact with members.
Due to this, the candidate will need to think outside of the box to ensure that our membership receives the care that is ordered.
All medical fragile members are to be outreached per contractual and program guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Required: Nursing	Preferred: Certified Case Manager
Required: Unencumbered FL Registered Nurse	Preferred:
Years of experience required: Have Case management and at least 2 years of pediatric experience. Disqualifiers: No documented pediatric experience Additional qualities to look for: Previous Case Management experience
