Job Description The primary purpose of this position is to provide legal advice and strategic counsel to business leaders on a broad array of property and casualty insurance matters in admitted and surplus lines of business, including regulatory and insurance compliance, market conduct and other exams, insurance filings, insurance-related transactions such as reinsurance arrangements, distribution and delegated authority agreements, and agreements for claims administration and other insurance services. This position requires a practical business-oriented attorney who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a highly regulated environment. How You Will Make an Impact:

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
