The MaineHealth Cancer Care Team is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nationally accredited Breast Care Center! This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a progressive, patient-centered team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of patients throughout their breast cancer journey. In this role, you'll have a meaningful impact through phone triage, patient-facing care, and education, helping patients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their care.

This is a 36-40 hour, Monday-Friday day-shift position, with flexibility to explore a four-day workweek. No weekends or on-call requirements help support a healthy work-life balance. We prefer 3-5 years of oncology experience, with women's health/oncology experience and certification a plus.

Summary:
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
MH RN II: This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level included automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I - must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
