Schedule 12 Hour Nights, Monday-Thursday running from 6:45pm - 7:00am. Shift Premium:$1.50/hour Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We rewardgreat workwith: Pay: $19.29-$22.41/hr Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked Whatyou'lldo: Record test results and file QC records. Quarantine non-conformingmaterial, andnotify Production Supervision of non-conforming products.Organize fordaily MRBmeeting. Document and control sampleretainand retain storage for future reference in case a quality concernwould arise. Audit job data and release product from quality inspection. File Hold Tickets and Specification DeviationRequest asapplicable. Assist Quality Assurance Manager in implementing andmaintainingthe most effective and efficient procedures foroptimumquality assurance. Assistinmaintenanceof adequate quality records. Review necessary documentation at shifthuddles. Assistmanufacturing /engineering in conducting process capability and control studies (SPC-Statistical Process Control) toassureproduct quality. Maintain the measurement device calibration system and perform calibrations as required by the system,assistin Gage R&R studies. Responsible for working safely andmaintaininga safe work environment:attendrequired training,identifiesandreportshazards;wearrequired PPE for position; and is accountable for self as well as co-worker safety. This positionis responsible forensuring that verification testing is completed and if material is found out ofspecificationthe material is bound and quarantined. Minimumof 1-2years experienceas a quality technician isrequired.
