Job summary

The Senior Data Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining a centralized platform for global content and campaign planning used by senior leaders across marketing, publicity, and programming. This role involves capturing, confirming, and maintaining structured, trusted data from multiple stakeholder teams to support decision-making. The analyst works with sensitive, unreleased slate, production, and campaign information and contributes to ongoing workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Attend recurring stakeholder meetings to capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions
• Confirm data directly with accountable business leaders before entry
• Enter and maintain records accurately within established turnaround expectations
• Handle confidential and pre-release information with discretion, including embargoed titles and unannounced projects
• Manage in-the-moment stakeholder requests, triaging what can be entered directly versus what needs confirmation
• Prepare weekly alignment updates on work status
• Identify and escalate data conflicts, stale records, and process friction
• Maintain an observations log and provide recommendations on data health and cross-team patterns
• Provide feedback on the workflow to inform ongoing process design

Qualifications

• 4 years in data analyst, internal research, business operations, or reporting roles; rigor, judgment, and stakeholder fluency are prioritized over technical depth
• Experience in the entertainment or media industry with content slates, production and release timelines, and title-level data
• Ability to convert unstructured input (meetings, conversations, documents) into structured, reliable data
• Proven experience handling confidential or pre-release information professionally
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and managing competing inputs while ensuring data accuracy
• Comfort with low-code/no-code tools and relational data concepts such as tables, linked records, formulas, and views
• Excellent written communication skills for clear notes, status updates, and escalations

Preferred

• Experience with Airtable, including formulas, views, and interfaces
• Marketing data experience related to campaign planning, media, or creative operations

Schedule

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time

Location

On-site in Los Angeles, CA, with openness to New York City as a secondary location
