As a Senior Software Developer, you will use your full-stack expertise to build and modernize a business-critical web platform serving thousands of customers across North America. Position Responsibilities Design, develop and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction for Uline.com. Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews for complex initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience. Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve engineering challenges. Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI and vector search, as part of ongoing modernization. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of software development experience, including experience developing web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred. Strong problem-solving, technical leadership and collaboration skills. Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
