This opportunity is designed to build a talent pipeline across several key functions supporting the development, manufacturing, and delivery of innovative aerospace and defense solutions. What You Will Do Support projects that create value for customers and the business. Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, product management, and commercial teams. Analyze information, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement. Present recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders. Participate in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities. Gain real-world experience in a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution. Demonstrated leadership through academic, work, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. What Will Put You Ahead Previous internship, co-op, project, research, or relevant work experience. Experience using analytical, technical, or engineering tools related to your area of study.
