YOUR ROLE:

TheSenior Art Directorwillexecute advertising materials that are consistent with the agreed strategy and work closely with the production team tocome up withthe best possible creative solutions for that job.It is also theresponsibilityof the SeniorArt Director to produce bold,strategicand persuasive products in all media for our clients andcomplies withquality standards for the team.Project workload will consist of(butisnot limited to)designing foremail, landing pages, OLA, site and more.Email and site experiencearerequired,print experience is a plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops concepts and collaborates with the production team as needed.
  • Presents concepts to other departments.
  • Buildsrelationships withappropriate agencyleads.
  • Workscollaboratively andharmoniously as a teammateboth within and outside the creative department.
  • Art direction of assets including imageselectionand direction on set, working collaboratively with producers, art buyers, and photographers.
  • Meets with projectmanagement to review work in progress andselectsdesired concepts.
  • Submits work to senior leadershipfor review and approval.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 5+ years of experience withindigitalmarketing oracomparable industry.
  • Art education inadvertisingdesignor graphic designis preferred.
  • Portfolioisrequiredtodemonstratecreative and technical skills.
  • Knowledge in the latest trends of HTML and CSSa big plus
  • Demonstratedjudgment and imagination for the creation and arrangement of the visualelements of an advertisement.
  • Experience with online content (websites, email, interactive tools, search).
  • Experience with Responsive design is a plus.
  • Previousexperience as an Art Director/Associate Art Directorpreferred.
  • Experience with print pieces is a plus.
  • Skilledin arttechniques as well as computer proficient.
  • Motivated, self-starter with an action-oriented and can-do attitude.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects, sticking todeadlinesand ensuring high-quality error-free output.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
