Work Schedule: 100% FTE Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm, every other weekend required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. The Food Production Cook is responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen. Enjoy this fast-paced, team environment while being able to quickly problem-solve and make decisions. We are seeking a Food Production Cook to: Prepare made-to-order items on the grill, including burgers, sandwiches, eggs, and other short-order foods. Prepare large batches of soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, and other menu items according to recipes. Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and food quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking area while following food safety procedures. Monitor food temperatures, cooking times, and product quality to ensure safe and consistent meals. Assist with food preparation, stocking, kitchen cleanup, and other duties as needed to support daily kitchen operations Cooks are eligible for: * Paid time off, including 15 days of vacation time for full-time employees. * A free bus pass to assist with transportation to and from work. * Continuing education for both professional and personal growth. Qualifications No minimum education required.
