Serve as a key connection point between clients, project managers, technicians, and laboratory teams by coordinating schedules, managing service requests, supporting project documentation, and tracking project progress. Your work will help ensure efficient project delivery, exceptional client service, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Terracon anticipates the starting salary range for this job opportunity will be from $22.25 to $27.00. Additional details on the salary range for this job class at Terracon can be found further below in this posting. Compensation is determined by relevant experience to the role.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and resource assignments for technicians within the Materials department.
  • Receive and manage incoming service requests, assigning appropriately trained staff based on project needs, timing, location, and required certifications.
  • Communicate schedule updates, project needs, and instructions to employees, managers, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Use scheduling tools, materials dashboards, CMELMS, TerraNet, CRM, spreadsheets, and other systems to update and track project and scheduling information.
  • Support project teams with document control, proposal and report deliverables, project setup, change orders, invoicing support, and other project assistant tasks.
  • Partner with financial analysts/accountants and project teams to maintain project details including schedules, budgets, proposals, contracts, deliverable dates, WIP, invoicing, and AR.
  • Prioritize competing scheduling needs, manage resource conflicts, and help balance workloads while meeting client and project deadlines.
  • Follow safety rules and practices and support an incident- and injury-free work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years' related experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable)
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
