APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design and develop PCB layouts and schematic documentation using OrCAD and Cadence Allegro. Create engineering documentation for new and existing electronic designs. Route complex mixed-signal, analog, digital, and RF circuit board designs. Support RF-based circuit board development with frequencies up to 12 GHz. Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and evaluate component availability. Create and maintain component libraries and new part definitions. Collaborate closely with electrical and hardware engineers to translate design requirements into manufacturable PCB layouts. Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to improve yield, reduce cost, and optimize production readiness. Conduct design reviews and support fabrication, assembly, and testing activities. Ensure accuracy, quality, and documentation integrity throughout the design process. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in PCB design, schematic capture, or electronic hardware development. 5+ years of experience using Cadence Allegro and/or OrCAD. Experience designing high-density, multilayer PCBs with 6 or more layers. Experience working with blind vias, buried vias, and advanced PCB fabrication technologies. Experience creating schematics and PCB layouts for complex electronic systems. Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication requirements. Ability to interpret engineering requirements and develop practical layout solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. What Sets You Apart: Experience with digital and analog PCB layout techniques. Knowledge of RF design concepts including shielding, impedance control, and transmission line theory. Experience supporting RF applications and high-frequency circuit board designs. Experience routing DDR4 memory interfaces. Understanding of PCB testing, fabrication, and assembly standards. Familiarity with Valor DFM reporting and manufacturing analysis tools. Experience managing component libraries and ECAD database structures. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
