RMI Global Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our consulting physicians and facilitate efficient, patient-focused care.

In this fully remote role, you will coordinate assigned patient cases, communicate with healthcare facilities and internal teams, support the exchange of medical information, and assist consulting physicians with patient-related administrative needs. Your work will help improve patient throughput and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate assigned cases from initial emergency management through discharge from RMI Topside oversight and care.
• Communicate with client-selected imaging facilities and the RMI Global Coordination Center to track patients through the imaging process.
• Establish timely communication with receiving imaging facilities.
• Keep designated personnel informed throughout the case process.
• Coordinate the communication of results to consulting physicians and on-site medics.
• Maintain administrative oversight of daily follow-up patients, without making medical decisions.
• Receive and respond to patient healthcare-record requests.
• Support consulting physicians with patient-focused administrative tasks.
• Assist with prescription and pharmacy coordination.
• Coordinate fit-for-duty and return-to-work documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Director, or consulting physicians.

• Knowledge of health services or healthcare delivery.
• A strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and the proper handling of patient records.
• A valid and current license or certification in a relevant healthcare field, including Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician, or Medical Assistant.
• Fluency in medical terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records, and related technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• The ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience in a corporate or office environment is preferred but not required.

The starting salary for this position is $60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations.

This position is fully remote and may be performed from anywhere within the United States.
