About the Role

If you love building strong client relationships and keeping complex programs running smoothly, this Account Manager, Global Congress role could be your next big move. You'll support Life Sciences clients in a fast-paced, highly regulated congress environment where communication, structure, and attention to detail really matter. Working closely with the Global Account Director and operations teams, you'll help drive client engagement, reporting, education, and overall program success. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being a trusted partner, solving problems, and creating a standout customer experience.

You're Good At

* Building strong client relationships and serving as a reliable, responsive point of contact
* Thriving in a structured, detail-oriented environment where timelines, process, and quality matter
* Partnering across cross-functional teams to keep communication flowing and deliverables on track
* Supporting reports, presentations, business reviews, and educational materials with accuracy and professionalism
* Spotting opportunities to improve processes, solve problems quickly, and elevate the client experience.

You Might Also Have

* Experience in account management, client services, program management, or a similar client-facing role
* Exposure to congress, meetings, events, healthcare, or Life Sciences environments
* Familiarity working with operational teams in a compliance-focused, deadline-driven setting
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience supporting Life Sciences customers and global congress programs

You Should Know

* This role is hybrid (3 days per week) for candidates located in West Point, PA, and requires 25%-50% travel availability.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Regional Congress Account Manager is between $75,000 - $135,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
