  • Social-First Video Mastery: Direct video production highlighting makeup routines, formula benefits, and product efficacy in an engaging, social-native tone.
  • AI & Digital Innovation: Integrate AI-driven technologies and digital tools for packaging visualization, formula rendering, and ingredient capsules to keep the brand at the cutting edge of beauty tech.

3. On-Set Leadership & "Run of Show"

  • Set Direction: Direct the "Run of Show" on shoot days, prioritizing critical shots, maintaining strict schedules, and steering crews toward creative excellence.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Troubleshoot on-set roadblocks dynamically-from shade-matching adjustments to lighting and crew shifts.
