Join our team as a Packaging Machine Operator and play an important role in getting our pasta from the production line to the dinner table. You'll operate automated packaging equipment, keep production moving, and make sure every package meets our high standards for quality and food safety.

Competitive Pay: $23.59/hour
Night Shift Differential: +$1.75/hour

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines

  
  
• 
  

  Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and product changeovers

  
  
• 
  

  Inspect products for quality, accurate coding, and proper sealing

  
  
• 
  

  Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed

  
  
• 
  

  Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance

  
  
• 
  

  Complete production and quality documentation accurately

  
  
• 
  

  Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements

  
  
• 
  

  Keep your work area clean and organized

  
  
• 
  

  Work with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to keep the line running smoothly

  
  

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Food manufacturing experience is a plus

  
  
• 
  

  Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
