XLA is looking for an On-Site Supervisor to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite position Monday-Friday. Salary: $76,000 - $91,000 Responsibilities: Supervise employees to ensure effective and timely processing of work assignments Review work completed by contractor personnel and ensure compliance with procedures, operations, and directions Monitor workflow to ensure minimum backlog and maximum productivity Prepare documentation regarding any performance deficiencies Brief newly assigned personnel regarding duties and functions, and monitor their progress Maintain time and attendance and production logs of each employee supervised Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role Skills: Capable and skilled in oral and written communications with all levels of management Technically qualified in all aspects of contract management EEO Statement XLA is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and is an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting equality and integrity in the workplace, professional development and education, and an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
