The Emily Couric Cancer Center is seeking a passionate, creative, and collaborative Health Education Program Coordinator to help shape how cancer patients and their families access, understand, and engage with critical support resources throughout their care journey. This is more than a program coordination role. It is an opportunity to build, enhance, and innovate patient education and engagement strategies for a nationally recognized cancer program. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting patients and families with resources that support them from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care. About the Team You will join the Oncology Service Line, a highly motivated, patient-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional cancer care and support services. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards, and is deeply committed to improving the patient and family experience. As patient volumes continue to grow and patient engagement evolves, this position offers a unique opportunity to help design new approaches that meet the changing needs of cancer patients and caregivers. Position Summary The Health Education Program Coordinator serves as a vital link between clinical services and cancer patients and families. This position leads efforts to increase awareness and utilization of support services through strategic communication, education programming, digital engagement, and patient-centered resource development. The coordinator will help patients navigate available resources while partnering with clinicians and operational leaders to ensure support services are effectively communicated and accessible throughout the cancer care continuum. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate specialty is required. Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $66,528.00 - $133,057.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
