Analyst II, Technical Product Ownership

Summary:

Delivers moderately complex technical product work by translating product strategy, stakeholder needs, and platform requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinates day-to-day backlog execution within clear objectives and guardrails to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery readiness for assigned product areas. Analyzes business value, technical considerations, and implementation impacts to recommend practical approaches and guide local tradeoffs among quality, speed, cost, and risk. Improves backlog quality and delivery reliability by refining product artifacts, clarifying requirements across teams, and identifying practical process enhancements.

Job Description:

• Evaluates business opportunities, regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and platform capabilities to develop and maintain a product roadmap that supports enterprise transformation initiatives and delivers measurable business value.
• Supports governance and investment decisions related to platform capabilities, integrations, data management, process standardization, and technology enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Partners with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to define solution strategies, guide platform evolution, and ensure successful implementation of capabilities that improve contracting effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Champions optimization of contract lifecycle processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, strengthen compliance controls, and reduce operational risk.
• Oversees platform adoption, performance, and value realization by establishing success measures, evaluating outcomes, and identifying opportunities to maximize the business impact of the Icertis platform.
• Provides leadership and guidance regarding product capabilities, governance standards, implementation best practices, and future-state contracting strategies to support informed decision-making across business and technology organizations.
• Drives enterprise contract digitization initiatives by leveraging Icertis capabilities to improve visibility, operational scalability, compliance, and data-driven decision making across multiple business units.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business objectives into platform strategies and ensuring product investments deliver sustainable long-term value for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting, managing, or owning enterprise software platforms.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or comparable business-facing technology leadership role.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies, with Icertis experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise contract digitization, legal operations, or procurement transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Icertis certifications or equivalent platform administration and governance experience.
