Office Assistant - Fine Arts Development

THIS IS A WORK STUDY ONLY POSITION.

The UNM College of Fine Arts (CFA) is the heart of art in
New Mexico! The CFA consists of four academic
departments (Art, Film & Digital Arts, Music, Theatre & Dance),
academic programs [BAIA (Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts), ALBS
(Arts Leadership + Business minor)], and ARTSLab, Tamarind Institute, and the
UNM Art Museum.

The UNM College of Fine Arts' Development Officer is seeking
to hire a work-study employee for approximately 5-hours/week to provides administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer emails and respond to general inquiries on the program
• Create and disseminate informational materials
• Event planning
• Other administrative duties as needed
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Fine Arts
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, punctual
