Manager Integration Mergers & Acquisitions

The Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for ensuring that acquired companies,
business units, systems, processes and employees are successfully integrated into the organization after
a merger or acquisition closes. This position will lead the planning, execution, and governance of postmerger integration activities (revenue and unit growth, operational efficiencies and cultural alignment) to
achieve the value anticipated in the transaction while minimizing disruption. The Manager will also
support the M&A team on new acquisition deals as requested by the VP of M&A.

Essential Function
* Develop and lead post-acquisition integration strategies and execution plans
from Day 1 through long-term integration, with a focus on change
management, stakeholder communications, talent retention, and value
realization. Ensure the implementation strategy aligns to the financial
targets set within the acquisition proforma. Ensure financial targets are
attained.
* Serve as the single point of contact for Acquired company and Schindler
organization during integration. Manage relationships with senior leaders,
boards, investors, and acquired-company executives.
* Monitor integration KPI's (cost & revenue synergies, operational
effectiveness, and growth opportunities) and provide executive reporting.
* Drive the acquired company in all customer satisfaction and retention efforts
with the goal of Zero losses of portfolio due to the acquisition.
* Ambassador for the acquired company employees into Schindler. 10%
* Lead the following functional aspects of the acquisition: HR onboarding,
Payroll, Service Contract Booking, all Invoicing, accounts payable transition,
accounts receivable transition, building lease administration, company car
transitions, building IT infrastructure, computer and email transitions, proper
WIP management, ensure proper cost centers are established. Establish
and deploy a "go to market approach" for the acquired firm and local
Schindler office, ensure proper safety orientation and ongoing safety
management is deployed, implement the Schindler FQE processes, ensure
employee and cost synergies are implemented, proper sales, management,
and technical training are deployed.
* Host regular integration meetings to monitor progress and ensure financial
goals are being achieved accurately, timely, and within budgetary
requirements

Education
* B.A in Business, Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, or related filed preferred
* MBA preferred
Experience
* 5+ years of General Manager experience
* 5+ years of leadership experience
* Elevator experience preferred
* Branch Operations experience preferred
