GIS Program Manager 4

Lam Research is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of the company's Icertis and Intelex platforms. This role will serve as the primary delivery leader responsible for application roadmap execution, business engagement, vendor coordination, operational excellence, and service performance.

The role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, application managers, and managed service providers to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that support Lam's business objectives. The position is expected to provide the level of delivery leadership, governance, and stakeholder management previously performed by senior delivery leaders across the portfolio.

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery for the Icertis and Intelex application portfolios.
• Lead planning, execution, and deployment of enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive predictable delivery through effective scope, schedule, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Establish and manage annual roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and process owners.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.

Vendor & Managed Services Management

• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Oversee contract deliverables, service quality, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of support issues and escalations.
• Drive accountability for SLAs and operational commitments.

Operational Excellence

• Own application stability, availability, support performance, and service metrics.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Establish continuous improvement programs to improve user experience and service quality.

Vendor & Managed Services Management

• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Oversee contract deliverables, service quality, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of support issues and escalations.
• Drive accountability for SLAs and operational commitments.

Operational Excellence

• Own application stability, availability, support performance, and service metrics.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Establish continuous improvement programs to improve user experience and service quality.

Financial & Portfolio Management

• Manage application budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Support AOP planning, funding requests, and business case development.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting on delivery status, risks, costs, and outcomes.

Governance, Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with Lam security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform teams on risk remediation activities.
• Support resiliency, disaster recovery, ITGC controls, and operational readiness initiatives.

People Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of employees, contractors, and vendor resources.
• Coordinate work across global delivery teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise application delivery.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, enterprise business applications, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Experience leading global teams and external vendors.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at director and executive levels.
• Strong financial management, planning, and governance experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis.
• Experience with EHS, Quality, ESG, or compliance platforms such as Intelex.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries.
• Familiarity with SAP and enterprise application ecosystems.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
