Description

This position is part of the Printing Operations department within our Bank Operations group. Print is responsible for many critical daily tasks including, but not limited to, creating, printing, and mailing account statements, notices, and letters. These tasks are completed by utilizing various software applications, high speed printers and automated mailing equipment. This team is also responsible for the receipt and delivery of mail items received into our operations facility.

Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM. Infrequent weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Position Requirements:



  • 1-3 years of banking experience or college degree preferred
  • High degree of reliability and dependability
  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


  • Works independently to complete daily production tasks accurately and on time
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate job-specific software, web-based applications, and printing equipment


  • Ability to lift 60 lbs.
  • Experience using a pallet jack is preferred
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication
  • Ability to provide excellent service to internal customers and business partners
  • Demonstrated performance in a volume driven environment where workload fluctuates, but deadlines stay the same and service levels must be met
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/noisy environment
  • Other duties as assigned by management



In addition, the position is expected to read, reference, and interpret written departmental procedures, cross train on department tasks, make suggestions to correct or enhance existing processes, and take advantage of available opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of applicable regulations, operational compliance, and the banking industry to support career development and growth.
