Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Kilian Manufacturing, part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Stockroom & Receiving to support our manufacturing operations in Syracuse, NY.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and inventory move accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and stockroom activities.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
• Accurately perform inventory transactions in SAP and other computer systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stockroom practices
• Pull and deliver materials to support production schedules
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain written and electronic records of material movement
• Assist shipping, receiving, assembly, and other departments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, receiving, or material handling experience
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good math skills, including basic calculations and counting
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience and/or certification
• SAP experience or experience with inventory management/ERP systems
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stockroom operations
• Shipping and receiving experience
