Inventory Analyst- Las Vegas, NV (6am-2:30pm Shift)

Description

The Inventory Analyst will leverage reporting tools, warehouse systems, and operational data to identify trends, research inventory variances, and recommend solutions that improve inventory accuracy and process efficiency. This role may require occasional warehouse activity to verify inventory locations, conduct physical inspections, and support inventory control initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze inventory data, reports, system transactions, movements, and adjustments to identify discrepancies, trends, root causes, and operational issues while maintaining accurate records.
• Generate and distribute inventory reports, track control metrics, and recommend improvements to inventory accuracy, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Use warehouse management systems, AS400, Microsoft Access, and Excel to monitor performance and investigate inventory issues.
• Partner with Shipping, Receiving, Configuration, and other operational teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support audits, cycle counts, bin research, and reconciliation activities, documenting findings and communicating recommendations and updates to stakeholders.
• Move throughout the warehouse, including standing, walking, and climbing, to validate inventory and perform physical bin checks.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

What We Expect Of You:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills, with close attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with inventory records, operational data, reporting, cycle counting, auditing, reconciliation, or related business systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel skills in data analysis, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience with AS400, Microsoft Access, or similar inventory management systems.
• Previous inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or high-volume warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform occasional physical inventory verification activities.

Pay range: $21.15/hour-$28.85/hour depending on experience and skill set
