A Taste of What You'll Do

In this strategic leadership role of Senior Manager, Portfolio Growth Strategy, you will help shape the future growth of our portfolio by driving key initiatives that support long-term business objectives. Working across commercial teams, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of portfolio growth strategies, ensuring resources are aligned to the opportunities that create the greatest impact. You will play a critical role in developing and executing portfolio-level strategies, identifying emerging growth areas, and bringing innovative business concepts to life.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, external agencies, and key stakeholders to lead initiatives from concept through execution. By leveraging deep industry knowledge, consumer insights, market trends, and business analytics, you will identify opportunities to strengthen category performance, expand market share, and enhance consumer engagement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations will help guide strategic decisions and influence leaders across the organization.

Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will regularly evaluate initiative performance, communicate progress to stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure organizational focus remains on the highest-priority growth opportunities. Through strong partnership, innovation, and a consumer-centric mindset, you will help accelerate portfolio growth and create lasting value for the business.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree plus 6 years of finance, marketing, or consulting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of finance, marketing, or consulting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of Gallo marketing or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of finance, marketing, or consulting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3 years of On Premise experience.
• Experience effectively presenting information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
• Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Required to spend 50% of the time traveling in order to conduct job duties.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Master of Business Administration degree plus 10 years of marketing or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proficient in IRI, Brio and Spectra.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Knowledge of using consumer insights to create compelling competitive differentiation.
• Brand marketing experience.
• Experience training and developing junior level brand marketers in executing brand and organizational objectives.

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
