Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Practice Supervisor to join our Cancer Care team and provide day-to-day operational leadership for our practice. This position will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations, excellent patient service, and positive experience for both patients and staff.

The Practice Supervisor will play a key role in supporting staff, coordinating daily operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with providers and leadership to ensure the practice runs smoothly.The ideal candidate is a collaborative, organized leader who can effectively support staff while keeping daily operations moving smoothly. They communicate well, build strong relationships across teams, and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, they support staff development, address operational challenges, and remain focused on creating a positive experience for patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support administrative staff across the practice, fostering engagement, development, and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, patient access, workflows, and operational priorities.
• Partner with providers, clinical leaders, and departments to ensure efficient, coordinated operations and exceptional patient experiences.
• Monitor and improve workflows, communication, and operational effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and performance management of team members.
• Serve as a resource for staff, addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with implementing organizational initiatives, process improvements, and change management efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, patient safety, and organizational standards.
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Our Cancer Care team is a busy, multidisciplinary environment where teamwork and communication are essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with providers, APPs, nurses, schedulers, clinical support staff, and leadership to solve problems and continuously improve the way we serve our patients.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

The pay range for this position is $48,630.40to $65,790.40per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
