Compensation: $59.58 - $66.20/hr.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop, write, edit, and publish content for employee communications, newsletters, events, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support internal communication programs, including all-employee meetings, site events, and company-wide campaigns.
  • Manage content distribution across multiple communication channels, including intranet platforms, email communications, and digital displays.
  • Support communication logistics for major initiatives, including video productions, leadership messaging, and special projects.
  • Track communication effectiveness, gather analytics, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust messaging for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications in a corporate environment.

  • Experience working in integrated communications teams.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; clear, concise and professional.
  • Secure grasp of spelling, grammar, writing mechanics, and punctuation.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills.
  • Can learn and apply new information or skills quickly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with manager, co-workers and customer.
  • Hands-on multi-channel experience activated for optimum reach to targeted audiences.
  • Ability to support video projects by organizing shoot outline, storyboard, locations, scripts, and talent management.
  • Expert within PPT Will be asked frequently to create or contribute to an effective and visually pleasing story.
  • Proficient with SharePoint for building well-organized sites to host local communications/site information.
  • Experience with or aptitude for learning digital tools like Microsoft Forms, Teams TownHall, email campaign system, and digital screen content system.
  • Interpersonal influence: builds trust and rapport with communications colleagues, business partners; pursues goals in constructive and assertive way.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
