What You'll Do

In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex safety measures and clear, actionable user understanding. You will lead the charge in communicating the value of a secure digital environment, driving engagement and trust across diverse audiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across various functions, innovate with content, and directly influence the strategic direction of user safety communications on a global scale.



  • Lead and execute comprehensive trust & safety marketing strategies for major digital platforms, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
  • Develop and launch social-first video content, engaging blog posts, and robust website hubs to educate and inform users on critical safety measures.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with product, legal, and other marketing teams to ensure a unified and consistent approach to trust and safety messaging.
  • Manage sensitive and regulatory communications, translating complex topics into accessible and actionable information for various stakeholders.
  • Strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns that enhance user understanding and adoption of safety features and policies.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Demonstrated strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven strategic thinking capabilities, particularly in navigating and communicating around nuanced and regulated topics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
