Empower AI is seeking a IT Asset / Lifecycle Manager to lead Hardware/Software Lifecycle Management for an enterprise IT Customer Support Services program supporting a Department of War agency. The Manager is accountable for 100% accountability, compliance, and audit readiness for all in-scope IT assets from procurement through disposition, including the authoritative asset inventory, software license and hardware warranty compliance, IUID property accountability, logistics and shipping/receiving (including certified COMSEC handling), end-of-life management through DRMO, and Supply Chain Risk Management. The role leads asset management and logistics specialists, partners with procurement, desktop, communications, and mobility teams and the Government's Logistics Management Office, and delivers the Quarterly Lifecycle and License Management Report and SCRM Plan. This is a salaried, FLSA-exempt position in which you will independently analyze situations, determine the appropriate course of action, and exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to the program and its customers. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN QUANTICO, VA (RKB) WITH UP TO 10% OF TRAVEL INVOLVED. JOB DUTIES: Lead the hardware and software lifecycle management program, establishing the policies, processes, controls, and tooling that maintain the authoritative inventory for all in-scope assets with all required data fields and deliver 100% accountability and audit readiness.

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance.
