This role requires a highly service-oriented and technically versatile IT professional. The role combines hands-on engineering with advisory responsibilities, including executive technology experiences and service delivery processes.

This individual will serve as the face of IT in the office environment-ensuring seamless technology operations, resolving complex issues, and providing discreet, responsive advisement to executives. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality.

This position operates with a degree of autonomy and independent judgment to solve technical challenges. This person is responsible for managing technology solutions for end-users across our global organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

IT Field Engineering (50%)



  • Provide onsite technical support and advisement for all office-based technology including, but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, RF guns, conference rooms, and networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage device imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management (onboarding, moves, adds, changes, decommissions).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain conference room/AV technology to ensure seamless hybrid meeting experiences.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching for endpoints and office technology.
  • Partner with global teams and managed service providers (infrastructure, networking, security, service desk) to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor and maintain office network performance and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and known issues.
  • Continually seek out operational process improvement opportunities and drive improvements & enhancements forward.
  • Evaluate and deploynew tools and technologies for executive productivity.



Executive IT Technology Advisement (High-Touch Consulting - 30%)



  • Provide dedicated, white-glove IT technology advisement to senior executives and leadership team members.
  • Proactively ensure executives' devices, connectivity, and applications are optimized and functioning.
  • Provide consult for executive meetings, including live troubleshooting for AV, conferencing, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications.



Customer Experience & Service Delivery (20%)



  • Deliver a high standard of customer service with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and follow-through.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage interruptions effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4+ years of experience in IT engineering, end-user computing, or workplace technology environments
  • Experience supporting both general end users and senior executives
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, or similar)
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • Experience supporting AV/conference room technologies (Teams Rooms)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or optimizing endpoint or workplace technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex technical problems.
  • Experience influencing technology standards, processes, or architectures.



Preferred



  • Experience in a global organization or shared services IT model
  • IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., Freshworks)
  • Experience troubleshooting executive-level environments or IT consulting with C-suite stakeholders

Work Environment

Position is Office based. We work a Hybrid model, but staff need to at least attend site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Work location flexibility is available based on our customer needs of the particular day.

Some travel may be required.
