We are looking for a Senior CS Outcomes Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind how Procore's Customer Success organization measures and improves performance. As a Senior CS Analyst on our Customer Journey and Outcomes (CJ&O) team, you'll work closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, and Data Engineering to build reliable reporting, scale health frameworks, and transform complex post-sales data into clear operating decisions. Your strengths in advanced SQL, SaaS post-sales metrics, and data product QA will drive your success as we shift toward outcomes-based customer accountability. Base Pay Range: 129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
