Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Warehouse Associate at a company in De Witt, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: - Process and complete small and large machine orders for customers - Assist in receiving shipments, verify quantities and quality, and allocate products to proper locations using a fork truck - Load and unload shipping containers, LTL trucks, and other shipments - Use wood cutting tools (table saw, drills, etc.) to ensure proper packaging of whole goods shipments - Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading trucks - Perform light assembly of agricultural machines - Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures - Ensure accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments - Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements for Warehouse Associate: - Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift - Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repetitively and 60-75 lbs occasionally - Ability to use hands and fingers to grab, pinch, and handle materials throughout the shift - Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
