- Engage with subject matter experts, content owners, and key stakeholders to uncover current challenges, identify gaps, and understand how content is utilized today.
- Formulate a robust content strategy and vision, establishing a clear framework for how content should be organized, owned, and maintained for long-term success.
- Document considerations for a future external or vendor-facing content strategy within the information architecture and governance model, ensuring scalability.
- Develop and propose significant information architecture enhancements, including navigation, page hierarchy, tagging, and cross-linking, based on audience insights.
- Evaluate existing internal tools and platforms, such as Confluence and Google Workspace, to implement a consistent and distinct visual identity for all content pages, leveraging templates, color/typography, macros, and panels.
- Create a concise content style guide and standardized page templates to ensure future consistency and ease of content creation.
- Perform thorough audits of existing content across internal platforms and related documents to assess accuracy, identify redundancies, and confirm ownership.
- Strategically rewrite and restructure content to enhance clarity, consistency, and relevance for target audiences, applying the developed strategy and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and content owners, guiding content through review and sign-off processes prior to publication.
- Facilitate the identification of responsible parties for each updated page or document to ensure ongoing accountability.
- Utilize tools like Confluence, Google Workspace, and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini Enterprise) to streamline content drafting and accelerate project timelines.

- Hands-on experience with Confluence (Atlassian) Cloud or a comparable wiki/CMS platform.
- Proficiency across Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Strong instincts in information architecture and content structuring, with the ability to analyze and redesign content organization across extensive digital environments.
- Adept at evaluating and leveraging available internal tools to establish a consistent visual identity across pages (templates, layout, typography/color treatment) without relying on external design software.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to consistency across a large volume of content.
- Extensive experience in content auditing, comfortable with assessing and prioritizing a substantial existing body of content.
