Aquent is thrilled to partner with a leading global enterprise at the forefront of innovation in its industry. This organization is embarking on a transformative journey, driving significant change initiatives that will shape its future and impact millions worldwide. We are seeking exceptional talent to join their dynamic team, contributing to high-impact projects that redefine how they communicate and operate on a global scale. This is an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible difference from day one.

Are you a seasoned communications professional ready to make a monumental impact on a global stage? We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to drive a critical, executive-level communication campaign for a major enterprise-wide transformation. This is your chance to own the narrative, shape perceptions, and ensure seamless communication across a vast, international audience. You will be at the heart of a strategic initiative, translating complex change into clear, compelling messages that resonate from the C-suite to every corner of the organization. If you thrive in dynamic environments, possess an innate ability to craft powerful stories, and are eager to influence a global workforce, this is the role where your talents will shine and your contributions will be truly celebrated.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and execute a comprehensive, sequenced global communication plan across all rollout phases (pre-launch, launch, post-launch) for a major enterprise change initiative.
  • Draft, edit, and produce high-impact messaging across diverse channels, including email campaigns, leadership briefings, sponsor communications, intranet/SharePoint portals, and executive decks.
  • Organize messaging, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining a detailed communications calendar to ensure timely and coordinated delivery.
  • Transform rough input, meeting notes, project requirements, and informal feedback into structured, high-quality initial drafts quickly, significantly reducing the drafting burden on project leads.
  • Create, update, and manage SharePoint portal copy, internal site content, and supporting web materials, ensuring consistent and accessible information.
  • Collaborate closely with change management and training teams to draft engaging learning content, job aids, FAQs, and training enablement materials.
  • Simplify complex technical or process topics into concise, compelling narratives tailored for executive leadership, regional managers, and global employee audiences.
  • Partner directly with senior sponsors and steering committees, expertly incorporating feedback while preserving message clarity and narrative coherence.
  • Confidently manage feedback cycles, navigate shifting priorities, and diplomatically protect scope and timelines to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with design teams for visual alignment, ensuring messaging is cohesive with visual branding and integrated with broader change management and training programs.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, or content development, with a proven track record supporting global or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Exceptional executive-level writing skills, demonstrated by your capability to craft high-impact executive summaries, sponsor messages, and company-wide announcements for C-level and senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience developing digital content, including SharePoint/intranet content, email campaigns, and supporting learning/training collateral.
  • Agile content development capabilities, comfortable working from incomplete information and transforming raw meeting notes or verbal direction into polished deliverables at a super-fast execution pace.
  • Experience operating effectively in matrixed environments, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating with cross-functional or consulting teams across different time zones.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Background in large enterprise, industrial, technology, or energy sector transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with campaign metrics and analytics (e.g., email open rates, intranet engagement, training completion indicators).
  • Prior experience partnering with external consulting firms or agency partners on large-scale change management initiatives.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Consistently producing reliable, high-quality first drafts at speed, setting the pace for communication delivery.
  • Significantly reducing the drafting and revision burden on core project leads, allowing them to focus on strategic objectives.
  • Maintaining alignment and seamless messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, training resources, and executive communications.
