Project Manager I

This is a remote role that may only be hired in: Connecticut, New Hampshire

This Project Manager I position assists in the execution and administration of Bank projects. Participates in aspects of assigned project life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, and delivery. Tracks and reports progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators. Facilitates activities of both internal and external parties across functions to achieve project goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This Project Manager I position assists in the execution and administration of Bank projects. Participates in aspects of assigned project life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, and delivery. Tracks and reports progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators. Facilitates activities of both internal and external parties across functions to achieve project goals.

This position supports the Events team under Marketing.

• Support development and management of event programs from initiation through completion within a cross-functional team.
• Execute a portfolio of marketing events from concept to post event reconciliation that are executed to the highest possible standards
• Nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Manage program budgets, vendors, payments and expenses
• Participate in events team meetings and contribute to group discussions and work as part of a team in the event planning process.
• Work within established practices
• Work with limited supervision, and serves as a team member for projects/programs within Events team

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 1 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 2-3+years experienceworking at a B2B brand in digital and in person event management, or within experiential marketing at a creativeor experiential agency
• Experience executing events across varying audiences, segments and channels
• Experience managing event logistics, creative, production, sponsorship contracts, registration, housing, venue(s), event tools, etc.
• Current contractor/contingent worker for FCB

If hired in Connecticut, the base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $69,300 to $100,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
