What You'll Do:

• Execute engaging visual merchandising and design projects from concept to completion, following creative briefs and strategic direction.
• Develop and meticulously review planograms to optimize product placement and visual appeal in retail environments.
• Actively participate in the proofing process, ensuring accuracy and quality across all visual assets.
• Create high-quality Photoshop renderings that accurately represent design concepts and product displays.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment by supporting various design and visual merchandising needs as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising and/or graphic design, showcasing a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Photoshop for rendering and design.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D rendering programs, such as Sketchup, is a significant plus.
• Background in industrial design is a valuable asset.
