We're actively searching for our next Inside Sales Representative - Aftermarket to work with our Power Generation Aftermarket team at Donaldson. This role is ideal for a driven and customer-focused sales professional who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, technical problem-solving, and business growth. In this role, you will support customers across the power generation industry by delivering responsive service, developing solutions, and identifying opportunities that drive revenue while building long-term partnerships.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting Territory Managers while independently managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts. Success in this position requires a strong technical aptitude, knowledge of industrial products and applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support PowerGen Territory Managers by providing administrative, commercial, and technical sales assistance.
• Independently manage and grow an assigned portfolio of targeted accounts to generate incremental revenue and expand market share.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue prospecting activities to generate business growth.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions based on application needs.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor quote activity and actively follow up on open opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM systems.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Serve as a technical resource to customers by developing a thorough understanding of company products, applications, and market segments.
• Assist Territory Managers with account planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting activities.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Travel: Up to 15%

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales, technical sales, customer support, or related experience in an industrial environment.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM systems.

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial products, applications, and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a self-directed environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue objectives.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend value-added solutions.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $69,440 - $86,800. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
