We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for our Cloud Sync platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and fellow technical leaders to design scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, and drive strategic initiatives across a critical product ecosystem. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping teams navigate complex architectural decisions while ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. As a key technical leader, you will help modernize legacy synchronization services, improve platform reliability and performance, and advance our cloud-first architecture. You'll influence technical strategy, mentor engineers, lead architectural discussions, and serve as a go-to resource for solving complex distributed systems challenges while driving continuous improvement across the engineering organization. This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed. What You Will Do

The posted range for this position is$150,000 - $165,000,which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
