Digital Payment Services Specialist I

Serves as a key liaison between members and internal stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, functionality, and continuous improvement of Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Services, Credit/Debit/ATM Cards and related digital products. This role maintains a comprehensive understanding of card services, digital banking platforms and business banking solutions. The position executes communication strategies that drive member growth, strengthen brand awareness, and promote the adoption of digital services. Additionally, the role supports the expansion and implementation of digital and payment-based products to enhance the Credit Union's service offerings.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent.

CERTIFICATION:

Complete Credit Union Products & Services Training within six (6) months of appointment.

EXPERIENCE:

One (1) year of customer service experience preferably in a financial institution, call-center, or member facing environment.
