Make a Difference When It Matters Most

Looking for a Medical Assistant role where your work truly matters?

At AllHealth Network, you'll be part of an Acute Care team helping individuals during some of their most critical moments. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Medical Assistant who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and knows that the details behind great care matter.

In this role, you'll work alongside nurses, providers, pharmacies, and behavioral health professionals to help keep medication and prescription workflows moving smoothly so our clients can get the care they need, when they need it.

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday and Monday (24 hours a week)

Hourly Rate: $23 - $25/hour

What You'll Do

No two days will look exactly the same. You'll play an important role in keeping our clinical team organized and our clients supported by:

  • Coordinating prescription orders with community and outside pharmacies
  • Entering and processing medication orders accurately
  • Working directly with pharmacies to clarify prescriptions, confirm availability, and help resolve medication concerns
  • Supporting medication refills, prescription changes, and pickups as directed by providers or nursing staff
  • Tracking medication status and communicating updates to the clinical team
  • Promptly escalating medication delays, pharmacy concerns, or other barriers
  • Maintaining accurate medication-related documentation
  • Providing respectful, compassionate, trauma-informed interactions with clients
  • Partnering with nurses, providers, and behavioral health professionals in a collaborative acute care environment

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable juggling priorities, and genuinely enjoys supporting both clients and clinical teams.

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Medical Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in a medical or behavioral health setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience using electronic medical/health records
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PC-based systems
  • Strong communication, customer service, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Most importantly, you bring compassion, reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in and help.
