Job Description
NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a Communications / Change Management Specialist to coordinate training-content changes, stakeholder requirements, and training schedules for a federal healthcare technology program. This role works with instructional designers, instructors, clinical and technical subject matter experts, and Government stakeholders to keep training programs accurate, current, and aligned with user needs and approved requirements. The specialist manages change requests for instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training materials; coordinates reviews and approvals; and maintains an integrated delivery calendar that connects updated content with scheduled instruction. Working within an established training and adoption team, this position is remote. Responsibilities
Coordinate required changes to training curricula, computer-based training (CBT) courses, instructor and student guides, presentations, assessments, and supporting job aids.
- Receive, document, and track training-content change requests from intake through review, approval, publication, and communication to affected instructors and stakeholders.
- Work with Government stakeholders, training teams, and clinical and technical subject matter experts to confirm learning objectives, role-specific requirements, prerequisites, and competency expectations.
- Maintain a training-requirements crosswalk that connects approved requirements and application changes to affected courses, materials, assessments, and delivery activities.
- Assess the training implications of system releases and workflow changes; coordinate the scope, priority, owners, and completion dates for required updates.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback into a clear review record, resolve conflicting comments through the appropriate reviewers, and track outstanding decisions through closure.
- Coordinate clinical accuracy, technical validation, instructional quality, and Section 508 accessibility reviews before updated materials are released.
- Maintain the integrated training schedule, including instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, content-update milestones, review deadlines, instructor assignments, and stakeholder commitments.
- Coordinate instructor availability, learner groups, prerequisites, training-environment readiness, and other dependencies with the responsible teams.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, overdue content changes, and readiness gaps early; coordinate corrective actions and communicate their effect on planned training.
- Track approved content versions and publication status across the learning management system and training repositories so instructors and learners use current materials.
- Prepare clear notices explaining training changes, schedule adjustments, updated requirements, and actions required of instructors, learners, and stakeholders.
- Use completion data, instructor observations, learner feedback, and stakeholder input to identify gaps and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Maintain auditable change logs, approval records, schedules, and status reports that demonstrate training readiness and requirements coverage.
