Now Hiring: Mechanical Project Engineer (Temporary) - Boise, ID Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in mechanical systems and project coordination? We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for a temporary assignment supporting a large commercial construction project in Boise, ID. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside project managers, superintendents, design teams, and subcontractors on a high-profile job site. What You'll Do Coordinate mechanical systems and assist with project execution on-site Lead and participate in meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Review construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support field coordination between multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and architectural teams Assist with resolving technical and construction-related challenges Serve as a key technical resource for project teams throughout construction Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks preferred Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and active construction site environments Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access various areas of a construction project Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet project demands Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance About Us Advantage Technical connects top- talent in technology, engineering, and technical fields with forward-looking companies.
