Responsibilities: *
Support and maintain critical production applications and enhancement processes. *
Troubleshoot application, database, batch, and integration issues. *
Monitor daily batch processing and resolve production incidents. *
Analyze and resolve database performance issues. *
Perform root cause analysis for application failures and operational disruptions. *
Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automation solutions. *
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors during incident resolution. *
Participate in application modernization initiatives, including Spring Boot upgrades and cloud migration efforts. *
Support CI/CD deployment activities across environments. *
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures. *
Participate in release planning, testing, and implementation activities. *
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI and scripting technologies.
