Job Description
Skill: Business System Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: *
Technical Skills: SQL proficiency, proficiency in data modeling, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). *
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems. *
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams. Roles & Responsibilities: *
Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs. *
System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance. *
Technical Documentation: Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams *
Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows. *
Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support.
