SRF is growing in Wisconsin! Our dynamic and successful Civil Design group is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer to join our team as we establish a new office in Green Bay, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of SRF's continued growth in the region while working on a wide variety of innovative and diverse projects, including urban roadway design, rural highways and interstates, multimodal facilities, and trails for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support roadway design projects from concept development through final design and construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
• Prepare design layouts, calculations, cost estimates, plans, and other project deliverables.
• Produce work in accordance with SRF's quality standards and project requirements.
• Develop technical skills and proficiency with relevant design software and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• 2 - 6 years of transportation focused engineering experience.
• Successful completion of the FE exam, with the ability to pursue PE licensure.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a civil engineering consulting firm or state/local transportation agency.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with WisDOT standards and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated interest in obtaining Professional Engineer licensure.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to the role.
